PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

The ATMANAM Hybrid Internship in Counselling & Psychotherapy is a comprehensive competency-based professional training programme designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world counselling practice.

The internship combines structured online learning with intensive experiential practicum, enabling participants to develop the knowledge, skills, attitudes and professional identity required for ethical counselling and psychotherapy practice.

Unlike conventional certificate programmes, participants learn through demonstrations, supervised practice, case discussions, experiential learning and reflective practice.

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

Total Duration

180 Hours

The internship is delivered in two phases consisting of four progressive modules.

Each module builds upon the previous one, gradually developing participants from understanding counselling concepts to applying psychotherapy interventions confidently.

PHASE I

MODULE 1

ONLINE FOUNDATION PROGRAMME
