🟢 Module 1: Counselling Skills & Case Conceptualization (May 5–9)
Empathic listening, client relationship, intake process, and basic case understanding.
🟢 Module 2: Psychotherapy Essentials (May 12–16)
Gestalt techniques, exposure therapy, emotion work, and trauma-informed presence.
🟢 Module 3: Advanced Counselling Techniques (May 19–23)
Diagnosis, intervention tools, ethical decision-making, and client pacing.
🟢 Module 4: Cognitive Therapies – CBT & REBT (May 26–30)
Understanding thought patterns, emotional disturbance models, and mental restructuring.
